Baby College Oxford
Baby College® parent & baby classes are designed for parents and children from birth to three years of age. We run in classes in East Oxford, Botley, Summertown, Headington with a new venue starting in Didcot later in 2019.
The classes are a fun mix of We cover a different fascinating developmental topic each week which have been written specially for us by child development experts, health professionals and academics.
Infants 0 – 9 months: Essentials right from the start. Our baby classes offer insight into early development to increase your confidence and understanding of your growing baby. Fun and gentle activities are suitable from birth with the pace progressing as your baby grows.
Toddlers 9 – 18 months: Your older baby is exploring more and more of the world around them, so Toddler classes introduce additional learning themes, music play and rhythmic movement. Activities promote language, listening, and body awareness.
BC Juniors 18 – 36 months: Junior classes are lots of fun and even more active, with greater emphasis on cognitive and motor skills. Themes drawn from life experiences allow each individual child to express their creativity and imagination. Activities support increased independence and emotional understanding, building the confidence and skills they will need for later learning.

Playball North Oxford
Playball is a multi-sport and movement development programme for children aged 2-9. Using sport as the means, we provide children with a sound base from which to develop every aspect of their lives.
The aim of Playball is to introduce young children to constructive and enjoyable sport participation through various age-appropriate programmes. All of the programmes have a “multi-activity” approach, ensuring a competent foundation in all the popular sports played at school.
We run weekly term-time classes, parties and holiday camps. Our programme is the culmination of Sports Scientists, Teachers and Occupational Therapists all coming together in the name of Child Development through sport. After a child has gone through our programme they will have learnt all the basic fundamentals that are needed in all sports, such as balance, coordination, ball skills, spatial awareness and much much more!
