We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.clubhubuk.co.uk (our site) Club Hub UK (our app) this includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site via:

  • This includes your personal Name and Email Address
  • No sensitive user data is collected.
• Uploading details about your club or activity –  https://clubhubuk.co.uk/add-new-listing/
  • This includes your personal Activity Name, Phone Number, Email Address and the Location of Activity.
  • No sensitive user data is collected.
• Applying for our yearly Club Hub Awards – https://clubhubuk.co.uk/club-hub-event-2025/awards/
  • This includes your Personal Full Name, Business Name, Email Address and Personal Address.
  • No sensitive user data is collected.
• Posting material – our Club Hub Event Tickets Page – https://clubhubuk.co.uk/event-tickets/club-hub-event-tickets-2025/
  • This includes your Personal Full Name, Business Name, Email Address and Personal Address.
  • This includes sensitive user data such as dietary and accessibility requirements.
• Requesting further services via our contact page – https://clubhubuk.co.uk/contact/. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • This includes your Personal Full Name and Email Address.
  • No sensitive user data is collected.

These personal details remain on our system until they are deleted when you close your Club Hub Account. Please login to our app Club Hub UK to delete your account. This is shown clearly on the sidebar menu. If you would like to request the deletion of personal information please contact [email protected].

You have user’s rights under privacy laws that states you have the right to access, correct or delete personal information. Please contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

We do not store any of your sensitive financial information (bank account details) in any form.

All of your inputted data via these forms are stored on our own security protected wordpress website and is not shared with any third parties apart from your Club Hub Award Entry which is sent to our panel of judges via Google Sheets and Google Docs. This includes your Full Name, Business Name and answers to the questions. These online entries are deleted after the results are collected each May.

We do not share any personal data to third-parties including service providers, affiliates, partners, advertisers or third-party services.   

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. These include double verification systems and we have strict procedures and security features.

We use your email address in the following ways: To send you our newsletters from time to time, usually once a month. To ensure that content from our services is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer. To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes. We use Google Analytics to track data going through our website and app. This is not shared with any third parties and is soley for the use of Club Hub UK and Hub Works Ltd. We use the tracked data to see how many clicks children’s activity providers are receiving on their listings, which pages are the most popular and where the traffic is coming from (social media, Google, Adverts). You can contact us at any time for these details.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
