Why do I need a Will? – Thomson Financial Solutions

Published on 25th February 2018 by Tessa Robinson

Why do I need a Will? I don’t have anything to leave anyone! I’m too young to be thinking about that! My spouse would deal with it! These are all common answers that we at Thomson Financial Solutions receive when we talk to people about will writing, but it’s about much more than protecting your assets.

Why do I need a Will? - Thomson Financial Solutions

Although, without a valid Will you and your family members will be subject to the laws of Intestacy and this can certainly be problematic.

Do you want to protect your loved ones to ensure they are looked after?

For most, ensuring our children’s security is the most important factor when organising their planning.

By appointing a Guardian for your children in a Will, you help ensure your children would be looked after by the person you have nominated.

We offer a free standard will writing service and a wide range of legal and financial services. We are also partnered with many other professional organisations for a holistic view of your personal circumstances.

Our friendly and flexible approach works for families as home visits are the norm, removing the overpriced upfront costs and the need for stuffy office visits with the children in tow ( What parent hasn’t been in that situation!)

Thomson Financial Solutions are proud to be a nominated will writer for the west midlands police federation offering our free will writing services to serving officers.

For a limited time during February our free service is available to all Club Hub readers – to qualify just call us on 01827 65107 and mention this post.
