SuperCamps runs exciting holiday camps for children aged 3–12 across the UK. Each camp is packed with sports ⚽ games 🎨 creative activities, outdoor adventures 🌳 and specialist courses, and our staff play a vital role in ensuring every child has an amazing, safe and memorable time.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic and supportive people to join our holiday camp teams across a variety of roles 🙌

Roles Available
Multi Activity Camps
⭐ Camp Managers / Assistant Camp Managers
👶 Early Years Manager (Level 3 Early Years qualification or above required – QTS also accepted)
🎨 Early Years and Activity Instructors

Skills and Sports Courses (location specific roles)
👩‍🍳 Cookery Leaders and Assistants
🧱 Lego Course Leaders and Assistants
💃 Dance Course Leaders and Assistants

Our Skills and Sports Course opportunities are available at selected locations only, depending on camp type and local programme requirements.

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

🎯 Leading, supporting or delivering exciting activities for children
✅ Helping camps and courses run safely and smoothly throughout the day
🤝 Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
🌱 Supporting children’s wellbeing, development and enjoyment
💬 Working closely with camp teams, specialist instructors and parents where needed
🛡️ Maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding and organisation
✨ Helping create fun, engaging and memorable holiday experiences
