Over 95% of our team members have already achieved a recognised early years qualification rather than the 50% which is the usual requirement within children’s nurseries. We now have several graduate level staff with an Early Years Teacher qualification ahead of future legal requirements. This is proven to raise the quality of early years provision.
In addition, we keep up-to-date with the latest developments in education and we ensure that we fully inform parents of how these affect them and their children.
We understand how important it is to share your child’s day. Our effective communication systems ensure we keep you informed enabling continuity for your child between the home and nursery.
In addition, we document all the activities which promote your child’s specific learning in their individual learning journal. There is now a record through an online system and which we regularly share with you.
