Come and join us for Yoga for Mum & Baby!
We combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga to ensure you both leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.
We spend the first part of the class having a chat and a yummy treat, followed by some gentle stretching for you and baby, leading to the well-deserved relaxation at the end.
This class is baby-led – we offer plenty of variations of baby isn’t playing ball that day!
