MiniMe Mindfulness® (Great Baddow)

Activity Description

We help children to build confidence, raise self awareness, recognise emotions, understand feelings, self regulate responses, reduce stress & anxiety. This helps to increase inner calm and happiness whilst encouraging communication and resilience. All whilst having fun and making new friends.

We teach Mindfulness and Mindset Techniques in a fun and innovative way through guided meditation (all our meditations are recorded by our resident Mindset Mentor Oscar – age 8), stories, music, games, play and props.

In each session we teach children 1 new superpower which they can use straight away. We communicate this to parents to let them know what they can do to help embed the new superpowers so that we work together as a team to help their MiniMe thrive.

This is a 45 minute session – 4pm prompt start and collection at 4:45pm.

Parents are able to stay and watch the session for the 1st session only.  
MiniMe Mindfulness pack is mandatory and  includes MiniMe Mindfulness® T-Shirt, Bag and MiniMe Mindfulness® Journal to enable you to continue Mindfulness and Mindset techniques at home.
