New Baby Play Workshop (0 – 4mth)

Activity Description

A one hour workshop introducing simple ways to play, connect and communicate with your new baby. These games, activities and songs are suitable for even the youngest baby, and will give you more insight as to why play is so important for their development.

During the workshop you will learn:
• Why Play Time is important for your baby
• Simple games to help you and your baby get to know each other better
• How play helps your baby understand more about his or her body
• The best play activities for boosting your baby’s brain development
• Why it is important to engage all your baby’s senses when you play
• How the way you talk to your baby affects how he or she learns … and lots more.

You will no longer need to worry about WHAT you should be doing – just concentrating on enjoying those loving, playful interactions with your little one. Every day is a new adventure for your baby so don’t miss another day of play time fun.

At the end of the workshop you will receive a booklet to take home explaining everything that we talk about on the day, so if your baby happens to be a bit sleepy or needs feeding during the class you will
be able to have a read all about it and have a go of the activities at home in your own time. This workshop is also a great taster of what can be expected in our full 6-week Baby Development Course, or Discovery Tots classes.
