Activity Description
Family Yoga sessions are informal and relaxed, inviting children and their families to move without pressure and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively. Family Yoga focuses on fun ways to move and breathe mindfully to promote wellbeing. These shorter yoga sessions (30 minutes) are particularly suited to younger children from 2-5 years and their families (minimum age 2).
