Activity Description
Family Yoga sessions are informal and relaxed, inviting children from 3 years + and their families to move at your own pace and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively. Sessions focus on finding ways to move and breathe mindfully to promote wellbeing, whilst learning more about our bodies and minds.
Some shorter weekend sessions (30 minutes) are also available, which may be particularly suited to younger children (2yrs+) and their families.
