Activity Description
Family Yoga sessions are informal and relaxed, inviting children from 4 years + and their families to move without pressure and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively. Family Yoga focuses on fun and inclusive ways to move and breathe mindfully to promote wellbeing, whilst learning more about our bodies and minds.
Shorter yoga sessions (30 minutes) are also available, which may be particularly suited to younger children (2-5yrs) and their families. Please visit the website for details and booking.
