Calma Mama & Bubba here to support you on your journey holistically and naturally. Come join us for pregnancy yoga for relaxing me time in a supported friendly class and get to know other mums due at the same time.
Once you have had your lovely bundle of joy and you are ready to come out in the world again come back to us for Baby Massage and Yoga for mums where baby comes too.
Located in the gorgeous Studio also home to the Daisy Foundation in Sucklings yard, Ware with free parking and lots of room for buggies.
Mama to be Pregnancy yoga on Sundays 10.30am and Wednesdays 6.30pm with tea & cake after class

Bubba Massage 11.30am
Every week there will be time for tea, cake & socialising with other local mums come along we would love to meet you x
