In this brand new class, we explore the every day challenges Teens face as they mature into young adulthood. We give them tools to navigate daily life and engage through yoga activities and explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, massage, including partner massage, affirmations and relaxation. This is all done to develop self awareness and is a shared experience so families can maintain healthy and strong relationships.
