Activity Description
A yoga class for young women 12*-18yrs who would like to have space to pause, breathe, rest and reset at the end of the week. This is a relaxed and small class, welcoming both those with yoga experience and those who are completely new to yoga. Sessions aim to support physical and emotional health, release tension, promote a sense of calm and relaxation and build confidence.
A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in which to explore and experience the benefits of yoga for mind, body and overall wellbeing.
