Songs and Smiles – St.Ives Lodge, Chingford

Activity Description

An intergenerational music group aimed at 0-4 year olds, their grown-ups and older adults.

Our Songs & Smiles sessions make people dance with joy, cry with laughter and create long lasting friendships so everyone has something special to look forward to, they are relaxed and informal and we even provide refreshments at the end! Due to Covid restrictions we’re keeping numbers small, so please email us to book a place.
Full sessions are even more important to make a big impact on boosting wellbeing and reducing loneliness however we completely understand there may be reasons why you can’t attend a session, we just ask if you can let us know via email as soon as possible. That way we can offer your space to someone else so sessions have as much impact as possible, particularly for those who need something special to look forward to. We aim to bring maximum joy and a sprinkling of magic to all our sessions, while remaining mindful of the impact Covid-19 has had. Due to the nature of our audience participating, there are still some safety protocols in place; we do ask for adults and children to not attend if you have any coronavirus or cold-like symptoms.

Arrival time
– Please arrive five minutes before the session starts in order to check-in
