My Gym is the global leader in Children’s Fitness offering structured classes, holidays camps, and birthday parties for children from 6 weeks to 13 years in a purpose-built Gym! Classes are mostly gymnastics based but we also have Ninja Training for the older ones! Younger classes incorporate stretching, songs, dances, tumbling, adventures, rides, gymnastics, swings, games and puppet shows while older classes incorporate relays, conditioning skills, sports skills, gymnastics, games, teamwork challenges, zip wire rides, obstacle courses and more!

We also host Special Events and Holiday Camps which include themed activities in the Gym, themed arts & crafts, swings, gymnastics, zip wire, lunch and goodies to take home! Parents can drop-off or stay and watch. Children come dressed up! (Ages potty trained- 8 years old). Email [email protected] for more info!
Our next Special Event is our Halloween half-term Camp on Wed 28th Oct 10:00am-12:30pm for ages 3 to 9.
