Kiani Gymnastics Academy (KGA) is a small gymnastic business offering large opportunities to children of all ages and stages. We believe there is plenty of options for every child from as young as pre-school children to young adults who are still pushing themselves to achieve the goals, desire and aspirations. We believe in having a positive mid-set, teaching children the means of perseverance and providing them with feedback so they will go on to succeed. Gymnastics opens many doors; as it offers children the ability to, achieve not only physically but mentally too. It offers, flexibility, strength, co-ordination, physical control, balance, but more importantly supports their emotional development and well-being.
