Activity Description
Family Yoga sessions are informal and relaxed, inviting children and their families to move at your own pace and enjoy connecting with each other while exploring yoga creatively. Sessions focus on finding ways to move and breathe mindfully to promote wellbeing, whilst learning more about our bodies and minds.
These shorter sessions (30 minutes) are particularly suited to younger children from 2-5 years and their families (minimum age 2).
