Kalma Life Intergenerational Baby Yoga – Thursdays at 1:30pm (Stichell House, Hartlepool)

A truly heartwarming experience for babies, parents, and care home residents alike.

Join us every Thursday at 1:30pm at Stichell House for a 30-minute Kalma Life Baby Yoga session followed by 15 minutes of relaxed social time with the residents of the care home. £6 per week or £5 per class when booking a block.

Our sessions include gentle yoga-inspired stretches, bonding activities, and calming sensory play—designed for babies from 6 weeks to crawling. The joy and connection shared across generations makes this class extra special.
