Children’s one-to-one wellbeing sessions

Activity Description

Children’s one-to-one wellbeing sessions ages 7-12 years. Sessions are designed to support children one-to-one to develop self, build and strengthen emotional awareness, understand and manage feelings appropriately and problem solve. All sessions are CBT based, fun, engaging and interactive.

One-to-one sessions are uniquely tailored on your child’s needs after of the assessment will identify if the master me academy is for your child and if what we offer is aligned in improving your child’s well-being.

Once we decide to work together a plan will be created especially for your child and what we will be covering over the 6 sessions.

At the end of the sessions you can either stop,or continue the support your child, we offer sessions of 3, 6 and 12 months.
