Activity Description
Shizen-No Judo Club is a community judo club based in the heart of Dunstable.
We welcome everyone from the age of 5 years old upwards, including adults to join our judo family.
The club was opened by Riki and Aga, as they wanted to give back to their local community by providing everyone with a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment for everyone to simply have fun while learning judo.
Judo was designed as an educational system, to improve society… our aim is to pass this on to all our members.
Riki Urquhart the head coach, is a 3rd-degree black belt with over 35 years of training in judo.
Shizen-No Judo club offers coaching from complete beginners, up to and including National level players.
The club offers much more than just a martial art and sports club, we are a family. Come see for yourself.
