Book your open jump session for 60, 90, or 120 minutes and experience our 72ft long tumble lanes, flat dodgeball court, extreme dodgeball court, giant foam pits and trampoline-sprung basketball lanes just to name a few.

Rush isn’t just an exciting space for kids, we’re an adult trampoline park too. The minimum age for Open Jump Sessions at our Birmingham trampoline park is 4 years. We have a separate Toddlers Court comprising of 7 connected trampolines and a foam pit that runs alongside our Open Jump times and we also run a Toddler Takeover sessions where children aged 1-6 years have full use of the park.

Our Main Courts also host children’s trampoline park parties, adult trampoline fitness classes, student socials, team building days and activities for SEN children.

All jumping customers are asked to wear Rush grip socks, sign a waiver and watch our short safety video before their open jump session at our trampoline park.

If you’re not bouncing, we have a café on an impressive mezzanine floor overlooking the full trampoline park, our cafes are the perfect place to kick back with a coffee while still feeling confident that your kids are safe and having fun.
