Brigit’s Bakery are pleased to announce the launch of the very first Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus Tour in London. What a bear-tastic opportunity for little cubs and grown-ups alike!
The Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus Tour is available daily. And for the most entertaining of all London bus tours, our chefs have created a finger-lickin’ Paddington-themed afternoon tea menu featuring the best marmalade sandwich ever! Check further down the page for more details.

Taking in the best views of Central London, our iconic double-decker Routemaster bus will take you past some of Paddington’s favourite London landmarks, and you can be sure you’ll hear about some of his fun adventures and mishaps! This Paddington-approved tour includes Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park, Nelson’s Column, Downing Street, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Borough Market, Green Park, Piccadilly Circus, and much more.

Each table comes with a special built-in screen providing guests with a Paddington-guided animation of the tour of London. Paddington and Mrs Bird will be telling you all about some of the City’s most famous landmarks and share our beloved bear’s view of the world.

From early November to early January, you’ll be able to enjoy the spectacular Regent Street Christmas Lights on our 17:30 Paddington tour, turning your afternoon tea bus tour into a dazzling experience.

Due to the length of the tour and having no toilets on board the bus, our Paddington Tours are best suited, and enjoyed, by children of 5 years and over.

1.Is there a toilet on-board?
No, there is no toilet on board our Paddington Bus Tours. There are no public toilets at the Trafalgar Square departure point.

2.Do you allow babies on board?
No, unfortunately we are unable to allow babies on board. However, if you’re a large group and would like to hire out the entire lower or upper deck, we are able to make exceptions to this policy.

3.Is there somewhere to park our buggy?

No, we’re afraid that space is very limited on board the bus, so there’s no room to store buggies.

4.Are there seatbelts for the children?
No, we operate a 1960’s classic Routemaster bus, which was not fitted with seatbelts. Health and safety does not require us to install seatbelts however we do insist that all party members remain seated. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents / guardians are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents’ laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

5.Would you advise having two children per adult maximum?
We recommend having two children between 5-12 years old per adult. Please be advised that no standing or walking is permitted during the tour. Parents are responsible for assessing whether their children are capable of remaining seated on parents’ laps or on their own for the duration of the tour. Parents are also responsible for keeping their children seated during the tour.

6.Is there a first aider on board?
Yes, all staff on board are trained in first aid.

7.Can we bring our own food for children who are fussy eaters or have multiple food allergies?
Yes. Please mention dietary requirements upon booking, but in the case we cannot meet your needs, own food is permitted.

Our gluten-free menu may contain traces. Our vegan and gluten free teas are £3 extra. Please specify requirements upon reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for: nut-free, peanut-free, combination of dairy & gluten-free, combination of vegan & gluten-free and Coeliacs.
