Join me for my calm and nurturing Baby Yoga course!

In a beautiful, welcoming space, learn holistic baby yoga sequences for your tiny tots! Perfect for developing trust between you and your baby during special 1:1 time! Help strengthen their muscoskeletal system, reflexes and their sense of calm!

Throughout the 5 week course, you and your baby will explore an array of baby yoga moves through different natural scenes; at a camp fire, the beach, the forest, in space and in the air. There will be a themed sensory area and the cutest themed photo opportunities each week.

Accredited by Ofqual and Royal College Midwives.
