My Gym is the global leader in Children’s Fitness offering structured classes, holidays camps, and birthday parties for children from 3 months to 10 years in a purpose-built Gym! Classes are mostly gymnastics based but we also have Ninja Training for the older ones! Younger classes incorporate stretching, songs, dances, tumbling, adventures, rides, gymnastics, swings, games and puppet shows while older classes incorporate relays, conditioning skills, sports skills, gymnastics, games, teamwork challenges, zip wire rides, obstacle courses and more!
Try a FREE class, you have nothing to lose!
We also host Special Events and Holiday Camps which include themed activities in the Gym, themed arts & crafts, swings, gymnastics, zip wire, snacks and goodies to take home!
