Activity Description
Making It Mindful provide fun and educational Mindfulness, movement, cooking and craft workshops. Lots of our activities take place during the school holidays and we also run after school clubs.
We are a non profit. A lot of our workshops and classes are FREE for families on free school meals or who are in need of additional support.
