Enso Martial Arts are passionate about passing on the knowledge, disciplines and benefits of studying the traditional martial art of Japanese Ju Jitsu.

Our mission is to encourage our students, whatever their age or ability, to gain confidence, empowering them to push themselves further than they ever imagined. Using teamwork, discipline and fun to engage students, giving them the physical skills and mental toughness to take on any challenge they set themselves.

We are incredibly proud of all the work our team is doing to support children and their families, which we hope is making a real difference to local communities. We want to change peoples lives, so they can champion that change in other people.

We believe that the study of martial arts is for everyone. Our team of instructors strive to make classes inclusive, fun, energetic and a continual learning process. The true practice of martial arts does not promote aggression, it ensures that when put under pressure, a student can be confident in overcoming life’s challenges.

For us, it’s all about taking a shy, unconfident child and seeing them learn focus, control and a respect for themselves and each other. Standing back years later and watching them lead and teach others gives us immense satisfaction. To see students translating what they learn on our classes, into all aspects of their lives and making firm friends for life along the way.
