Free singing groups for new mums in Southwark

Hello new mums! Do you live in Southwark? Are you finding the first few weeks or months of motherhood a bit tough? If so, we’ve got the perfect solution!

We’re offering FREE group singing sessions for mums with babies aged 0 – 9 months at Rye Oak Children and Family Centre from 23rd April 2025.

Breathe Melodies for Mums has been designed to energise and uplift new mothers. Maybe you’re feeling a bit anxious or stressed, maybe you’re struggling to connect with your little one, or maybe those baby blues are stretching on for longer than they should. Either way we’re here to help.

We’re a bit different than the average mother and baby group – while your baby will love the sessions, we’re all about making YOU feel amazing! Our group singing sessions have been scientifically proven to boost your mood, reduce anxiety, and help you connect with your baby. We take a unique and empowering approach, that puts mums at the heart, working with professional singing leads, and singing songs from round the world.

The 10-week course runs Weds 23rd April to Weds 25th June (11.45am to 12.45am OR 1.30pm to 2.30pm) at Rye Oak Children and Family Centre, Whorlton Road, London SE15 3PD
