Maria Moon Music provides education based engaging music, movement and Singing including Makaton sessions, and workshops within the community of parents, carers and children in an early years setting or in a home schooling setting.
At Maria Moon Music CIC, we believe music should be fun but also educational with real contextual meaning, so that children build a Musical brain in readiness for school. Music is one of the most powerful ways for young children to explore, connect, and grow. Our sessions bring together music, movement, and early communication in a fun and welcoming space where little ones can flourish.
What We Do In These Sessions
We offer a range of parent and carer including baby and toddler-friendly and education based music activities, including:
Music Play Curriculum – interactive sessions with singing, movement, and play using ribbons, balls, beanbags, scarves, shakers, bells, and age-appropriate instruments.
Makaton Singing with Toddlers and Mum – combining music with Makaton sign language, helping children (including children with delayed speech) to communicate and connect in a highly social and engaging way.
All sessions are designed to be educational, playful, creative, and memorable, led by experienced music teachers who integrate cultural elements and tailor activities to suit each group.
