Activity Description
Aikido is a non-competitive martial art from Japan. It is a wonderful training experience for children developing their co-ordination and confidence. They learn to move well, develop skills and muscle memory within a disciplined but enjoyable environment. Focus and collaboration are important qualitites in Aikido. Give it a go with one of our workshops.
