Sing the blues away, boost confidence, improve wellbeing, and connect with other mums while mastering a new skill through the Breathe Melodies for Mums free group singing programme!

Are you finding yourself swept away by the rollercoaster of emotions that motherhood often brings? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Our free weekly singing sessions create a safe, nurturing space where you and your little one can come together with other mums and their babies and simply sing.

Breathe Melodies for Mums is all about empowering YOU. Instead of the same old nursery rhymes, we explore songs from around the globe, teaching harmonies and musical rounds at a pace that suits you. Plus, our friendly team is here to lend a helping hand whenever you need it.

Sessions are weekly and run for 10 weeks. Please note you must register before attending!
