A super fun fitness class for kids aged 6+. The children will start with a group warm up and will then move onto the Aerial Hoops where they will learn Tricks and transitions on the hoop following a strict syllabus allowing them to progress safely and at their own pace. They will then finish with a full body cool down. 45min session.
