Ages 12-15 years old. 60 mins of climbing and climbing related games. All equipment is provided.
Climbing allows children to challenge themselves and their ability. It builds hand eye coordination, balance, physical development, problem solving, dexterity and patience.
Wonderfully, this is a sport almost any child can find a strength in, satisfying the cheeky monkey within.
Climbing indoors in a safe environment not only expresses that climbing urge, it offers great physical exercise and mindful engagement. Flexibility and core strength play a part in the sport too, very similar to gymnastics, yoga and meditation.
