Activity Description
Looking for children’s and family karate classes in Arnos Grove? Kaishi Karate School offers friendly, structured Goju-ryu training for children, teenagers and adults at St Paul’s New Southgate Parish Hall.
Our mixed Thursday class allows family members to train alongside one another while learning and progressing at their own level. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and no previous martial arts experience is needed.
Our children’s and family karate classes in Arnos Grove help students develop confidence, fitness, focus, coordination, discipline and practical self-defence skills. Sessions are taught in a positive, supportive environment by experienced Kaishi instructors, with an emphasis on respect, encouragement and personal achievement.
Classes take place every Thursday, starting at 6.10 pm. Free street parking is available nearby, with convenient local bus, Underground and rail connections.
