Activity Description
Looking for senior children’s karate classes in East Finchley? Kaishi Karate School offers structured and progressive Goju-ryu karate training for children aged eight to fourteen at East Finchley Methodist Church.
The Saturday senior class welcomes beginners as well as students with previous karate experience. Each student is supported to progress at their own pace while developing stronger technique, greater fitness and a deeper understanding of traditional karate.
Our senior children’s karate classes in East Finchley help young people build confidence, focus, coordination, discipline, resilience and practical self-defence skills. Sessions include karate techniques, kata, partner work, fitness activities and controlled sparring appropriate to each student’s experience.
Classes take place every Saturday during school term time from 1.10–2.00 pm. Places should be booked in advance, so please contact Kaishi Karate School to confirm current availability.
