What is Mama And Me?

Babywearing dance or Adult only dance classes with an element of mindfulness for parents/caregivers and their little ones aged 8 weeks plus

We also host regular Mama Socials outside of classes and community events

In our 45 minute class, you will get to enjoy having a dance, embracing those babywearing cuddles and very importantly experience the joy! It is a great opportunity to meet other likeminded parents find friends and be part of your local community. If you do not have a carrier we have them available to loan for class at no extra cost All of our instructors are babywearing consultants or peer support trained.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

• Twins and multiples are more than welcome in class. We have a few options available to you so please contact your instructor (details below) and they will be more than happy to discuss.

• If you wish to bring an older child along too, we will try our best to accommodate you (dependant on numbers). But again, please contact your instructor.

• Carriers can be loaned for use in class (at no extra cost, wahoo). We will assist you in fitting them.

All our Instructors are Babywearing Peer Support or Consultant Trained. Yours and baby’s safety & comfort are our priority.

Classes can be transferred (attendee responsibility) and be transfers must be made at least 48 hours before class start time
