Carried Away Play – Disco Play (Newton Mearns)

Activity Description

Award Winning, independent Carried Away Play runs this Disco Play class for children of any and all ages – aimed at newly mobile babies and early walkers

– Maximum age 2½

🪩 Disco Play is a wholesome and joyful music & movement class specially designed for newly crawling babies and early walkers, creating a gentle, playful transition from Sensory Play into movement, music and exploration.

This is a loosely structured class that supports early development through:

– music and rhythm
– early language development
– movement and coordination
– sensory experiences
– connection and bonding

With live music, singing, dancing, lights, bubbles and lots of fun, all within a calm, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that feels safe and comfortable for both little ones and parents.

Disco Play is perfect for curious little movers who enjoy gentle freedom to explore – it’s not a high-energy space, but a warm, nurturing environment where babies and toddlers can build confidence through play.

You’re free to move around, cuddle, dance, or simply be together to enjoy the bubbles with your little one – everything is relaxed, pressure-free and fun for parents too 🎈

Disco Play themes include:

– Cheesy Pop
– Disney
– Divas
– Musicals
– Rock ‘n’ Roll
– Country
– Sunshine & Rainbows

… And additional seasonal themes
