Our camp offers the children a chance to build their confidence in a friendly environment. We encourage kids to be their best not the best.
We start the day with our welcome talk & ice breaker games – this is a great way for the children to ease into the day and get to know each other. Once we have made some new friends we move onto livening up our bodies with dance, after this energetic session we take a well deserved morning break. Singing is up next followed by lunch – a much needed chance to refuel after a very busy morning. The afternoon then consists of drama tasks, arts & crafts and plenty of games.
Each session (dance, singing & drama) consists of a warm up, technique and working towards a final piece that we complete by the end of the day.
Our aim is for each child to leave daily with the biggest smile on their face and feeling proud of what they’ve achieved.

Club Excel is Hertfordshire’s largest children’s multi activity holiday camp provider. We offer a varied activity programme to suit all children’s ages and interests from 3 – 13 years old.

Activities and Age Groups:
We will be running the following activities at all our venues during Winter Camp:
- MULTI ACTIVITY (AGES 5-9) – Activities include a variety of sports which may include, cricket, dodgeball, rounders, and inflatable assault course
- PERFORMING ARTS AND CRAFTS (AGES 5-7) – Throughout the day the programme will consist of dance routines, drama games, arts and crafts and talent show’s
- THEATRE WORKSHOP (AGES 7-12) – For the older age group, the programme will consist of theatre script work, small group work, dance routines, and talent show’s
- FOOTBALL (AGES 5-12) – The football programme is based on fun and not ability and will consist of skill sessions in the morning followed by tournaments and matches in the afternoon
- XTREME (AGES 8-12) – Activities include a variety of sports aimed at the older age group, laser tag, sumo suits and go karts

At Gecko Cricket we coach the basics throughout our camps, enhancing the fundamentals of the game and covering the three disciplines of batting, bowling, and fielding. Gecko offers an innovative coaching model that includes the facilitation of learning through conditioned games that simulate the tactical and technical elements of the sport.
