The perfect family activity in the great outdoors! Pick your pumpkin from exactly where it grew, enjoy old fashioned pumpkin patch games, hunt for the golden pumpkin and, new for 2023, tractor and trailer ride
Also new for 2023 is our charity tractor run, in aid of Compton Care and the Midland Air Ambulance. The procession of tractors will leave the pumpkin patch at 10.30am and will return back to the pumpkin patch during the afternoon. It promises to be a spooktacular spectacle!! Have you got tractor mad kids that would just love to see this??
Will you choose an orange pumpkin? Maybe a white one? Do you fancy something a bit different? Perhaps a blue one? A decorative gourde? A stripy one? Or a good cooking variety for spiced pumpkin cake or warming bowl of soup?
We have external caterers on site, cooking up good quality, locally sourced food for our visitors, so be sure to make time for a coffee and a cake, a mouth watering lunch or afternoon snack whilst you’re vising us.

Entry is FREE and you do not need to book. Onsite FREE parking and toilets. We do have a fleet of wheelbarrows, but feel free to pop your own in your car boot- just in case! Carriers and slings are more suitable in the pumpkin patch for babies, pushchairs can be a struggle, especially of the weather isn’t on side!

Bell’s Pumpkin Patch – Lincolnshire

The Dunham Pumpkin Patch – Pumpkin Picking 2023 !
Boundary farm, Dunham Massey near Altrincham is the site for the Dunham Pumpkin Patch. The Hewitt family have been growing pumpkins for over 30 years but this is third year that the family have welcomed guests to pick their perfect pumpkin !
We have grown over 28000 pumpkins this year of different varieties from the traditional orange ones of various sizes to the white ghost pumpkins and knobbly gourds.
We have refreshments onsite with our woodfired pizza oven, and juice pressed fresh from our apple orchards the autumn really does showcase the farm in all in its harvest glory.
Pumpkin picking starts 1st and 2nd October, then 8th&9th, 15th & 16th and then 22nd through to 30th October 10am – 4pm each day.
We run a booking system where the people pay for a car booking slot (regardless of how many people are in the car) this enables us to manage the number of people at anyone time on the farm and make sure the car park is not too busy.

Libby’s Pumpkin Patch – Macclesfield
Libby’s pumpkin patch is back bigger and better than ever. We now have over 10 acres of pumpkin plantedc 30,000 seeds with over 15 varieties including our famous monster sized pumpkins!!
Situated on shellow lane Gawsworth (in between congleton and Macclesfield) we now have a brand new purpose built car park as well as a converted horse trailer cafe which has proven a big hit during the summer holidays when we had the sunflower maize open.
Use of wheelbarrows is supplied and we are also selling pumpkin carving kits and pumpkin decals to really add your own personal touch and wow factor to your Halloween creation.

Pick Your Own Pumpkins on the farm at Saxby’s Cider! – Northants
Bring your wellies, grab a wheelbarrow and go! Find your perfect pumpkin to take home. We will have many different sizes, colours and varieties to choose from.
Book online – £2.50 ticket is for entry for one car and ALL the occupants. One ticket per car. Book your arrival time – this is your entry time only. Once in, you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Pumpkins will be priced according to size.
The Saxby’s Cider bar and shop will be open and there will be hot food plus teas, coffees and soft drinks. There is a large open covered seating area for everyone to relax and have some refreshment after some hard pumpkin picking. Toilets will be onsite (including disabled and baby changing). The main site is accessible by wheelchairs and pushchairs though the actual pumpkin patch might be more challenging. No dogs allowed.
Join us on the farm at Saxby’s Cider near Wellingborough. We open on 14th October 2023 and close on 30th October 2023. Please check our website for specific days and times for Pumpkin Picking as we are not open daily. We are open every weekend and some weekdays.

Splimans Pick Your Own Pumpkin Festival – Thirsk
Spilmans Pumpkin Picking Festival takes place on selected dates throughout October.
There are 100000 pumpkins and gourds in the field of all different shapes and sizes.
We provide the barrows and you pick the pumpkins.
There are loads of activities including spooky walk, pumpkin slingshot, corn cannon, tractor and trailer rides, bale mountain and loads of photo opportunities.
There are also fairground rides.
We will have our pizza ovens going and our cafe kiosk will be serving coffees and snacks.

We are back with more fun & pumpkin picking. Here at Pumpkin Pastures we are family run and are in our 5th year of pumpkin madness!! Every year we grow & add new things to our event. Pumpkin Pastures have around 50,000 pumpkins with around 20 varieties some of them are fantastic to eat too we even have recipe books available. We are pleased to be supporting The Stars Appeal NICU and Fordingbridge Federation PTA
WE RAISED OVER £800 FOR EACH CHARITY LAST YEAR!
Our craft & carving marquee is huge with lots of space & we remove the top of the pumpkin and take away all the mess for you so carving ‘in’ with us is a must. We have carving kits with stencils & ideas and pumpkin teeth!! Our crafts included wands, broomsticks to decorate, activity bags and some new crafts for 2023. You can craft ‘in’ or take them home.
We have musical instruments, giant games, giant slingshots and this year TWO barrel trains, we are also so pleased to have a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE cart for our train too! There’s also face painting AND professional photography on selected day.
We have great food & drink and ice cream we have toilets with baby changing and hand washing facilities. GUIDE DOGS ONLY PLEASE
