Beautiful Jewellery and Creative Crafts All Lovingly Handmade with Little Red Designs
Little Red Designs is a small independent business set up by me, Jean (aka Little Red), in 2020. I hand make every piece of jewellery and every children’s jewellery making set from right here in my Derbyshire Workshop.
I started off making handcrafted pieces of unique jewellery and then began making children’s jewellery making craft sets. As a mother of two beautiful girls, I started to get fed up with the plastic packaging that most high street children’s craft gifts have and so decided to make my own children’s jewellery making kits that would not only spark creativity in a young budding jewellery maker but which also have zero plastic packaging. With my two girls giving me more ideas than I can make, I now have a range of jewellery making craft kits for both girls and boys.

Each Art Box is created for children aged 3-10 years and will be delivered through your letter box at the beginning of each month.
Each box includes everything your child will need to make three amazing themed art and craft projects. Dib Dab Art Club is a creative and educational art club for babies, children and adults. We offer classes, workshops and parties both online and in schools and private venues. We also have an Art Box Subscription Service for children age 3-8 Years and individual art boxes can be purchased from our online shop.
From as young as 10 months Dib Dab Art Club encourages babies and children to engage with Art and feed their imagination and self expression.

These lessons are now available online too, both live on Zoom and via pre-recorded videos on our website.

Welcome to Let’s Get Crafty! and the Crafty Cabin – Essex
We love all things crafty from parties, workshops and events! Let’s Get Crafty! are running a number of workshops and events this Easter. Their ever popular craft workshops at the Museum of Power in Langford, Maldon, will be running from the 5th to the 8th April with Easter crafts including a sock bunny, easter chick, easter basket and some extra gooey slime. There is also half price entry to the museum included with your ticket and access to the Museum’s easter activities so you can enjoy a full day out. We will also be running easter crafts and slime workshops at the Valero Lounge in Witham, Essex on Tuesday 4th April.
The Crafty Cabin (a part of Let’s Get Crafty!) is also in the process of moving to the Museum of Power and will be open for workshops, parties, walk-in crafts and events. There is also always a selection of craft packs available or you can select your own crafts, paint and embellishments to take home with you. At the Crafty Cabin we believe everyone can be creative if given a calm and relaxing space and the time to do so – why not come along for a visit, treat yourself to a hot drink and a snack and enjoy our craft room. Booking is advised before visiting to ensure that the cabin is available and the cabin is expected to be open before the end of April.
