At Astral Acrobatics, we offer recreational classes for all abilities, including an intermediate class for more advanced gymnasts, as well as preschool classes.
All our sessions are carefully planned with no session being like another! The East Sussex School Of Circus Arts is an international school dedicated exclusively to circus arts. We focus on acrobatics, along with static Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, Silks, Rope, Nets, Straps, Cloud Swing and more. We offer a free trial for anyone thinking of starting with us.
The East Sussex School Of Circus Arts provide evening classes from 4:30pm, plus vocational courses if you wish to take things more seriously. Phoenix AcroDance Academy – Kids Acro Dance in Birmingham
Phoenix AcroDance Academy is an acrobatic dance academy that opened in 2018 in Birmingham, UK. Principal Teacher Robert Walker has 15 years’ experience teaching acrobatics and is a Certified Module 1 & Module 2 Acrobatic Arts Teacher, Mentor for Acrobatic Arts Assistant Teachers, Certified Alixa Flexibility Method Module 1, member of International Dance Technique & BodyLab Conditioning Programme. Phoenix AcroDance Academy competes in competitions, performs in shows & students have opportunities to take Acrobatic Exams. We thrive as one big team to help & support each other which will make students feel a place of belonging and teaches them valuable life skills as well as acrobatics.
Acrobatic Arts Syllabus is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. The benefits of being part of Acrobatic Arts that dancers who train through Acrobatic Arts have balanced development, are stronger, more flexible and fearless. Students are trained on mats first before transitioning to hard floor in preparation for performances, Acrobatic Arts techniques helps students to perform acrobatic skills on hard floor (e.g. Stages) safely which minimises the risk of injuries. Partnering skills is always fun for the students which is a great for team bonding. We consider gymnastics as a sport which is not what we do but we consider acrobatics/acrodance as a performing art which is what we do.

Sophie Dee School of Dance – Kids Acro Dance in Stockport
Learn to balance, stretch, tumble & roll with our Acro classes at Sophie Dee School of Dance. For ages 3 – 18yrs.
We have an amazing pre school programme for acro introducing the children to balancing, stretching, tubling and rolling. We design the classes to use physical literacy coordination, creative movement and basic acrobatic skills to young children combined with the strength and technique of basic ballet, this class is for active little ones who love to jump and move and want an introduction to Acro.
As the children move into our main school they are split via ability and we build on their basic foundations and start teaching them new more challenging skills and continue to try and develop their strength and flexibility.
We have a specialist Acro teacher, she is an ex British elite gymnastics coach & qualified pre-school gymnastics coach. She was also a preofessional dancer and knows how to seamlessly blend their acro skills into dance routines, and we always ensure their acro skills are perfomed as dancer would perform them, emphaising the importance of pointed feet, stretched leg, poise and grace.
SDSD are also an official acro pad centre and have lots of equipement at their purpose build dance studios.

The Village School of Dance – Wimbledon and Tunbridge Wells
Acro Dance is a beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of Acrobatics. Our teachers are qualified with the Acrobatic Arts company. The program they follow is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. There are a number of differences between AcroDance and Gymnastics. In AcroDance our aim is to integrate tricks smoothly into dance routines and we don’t use a sprung floor.
