Activity Description
TEMPO are a performance group for ages 12-16 based at Yorkshire Dance, learning streetdance and breakdance skills to take out onto the streets and stages of Yorkshire.
All TEMPO members receive a free t-shirt and across the term work on a dance to perform as part of an informal sharing for parents as well as additional opportunities to perform at venues across Leeds and West Yorkshire. In 2024 TEMPO performed at Youth Dance Showcase FRESH as well as in Leeds City Museum as part of Encounters Festival 2023.
Booking for Summer term is now open. Summer term starts on Saturday 20 April and runs till Saturday 6 July 2024.
