A Drama Kids Stage Combat (Non-Contact) collaboration masterclass with RC-Annie!

Discover the art of stage combat (non-contact) in a thrilling three-hour masterclass led by RC-Annie, the UK’s leading dramatic combat specialists.

Participants will delve into the techniques of non-contact stage combat, learning how to perform realistic and safe fight sequences inspired by the dramatic scenes of Shakespeare’s works.

Following the combat training, participants will put their new skills into action by exploring iconic Shakespearean scenes, and merging dramatic storytelling with the exciting energy of stage combat. This masterclass is perfect for performers looking to expand their stagecraft or anyone eager to experience the excitement of Shakespearean drama in a fresh, physical way.

Session Times:

Group 1: 9:00am to 12:00pm, ages 10-15
Group 2: 10:45am to 13:45pm, ages 6-9
Group 3: 12:45pm to 15:45pm, ages 10-15
Group 4: 14:30pm to 17:30pm, ages 16+

Please note, as part of the workshop participants will use stage swords and develop stage combat skills in a theatrical context. Equipment is age-appropriate.
