Recre8 Tonbridge runs a fantastic programme of activities .As part of Tonbridge School, we’re able to use the incredible facilities available at the Tonbridge School Centre

Our Saturday morning Gymnastic sessions consist of;
FUNDAMENTALS – PRE-SCHOOL 3-5 YEARS
This ‘pre-school’ course will follow the British Gymnastic (B.G.) Gymnastics and Movement Learning Programme which makes an excellent introduction to Gymnastics. It follows the fundamental principles A, B, C – Action, Balance and coordination. Participants will work towards the FUNdamentals Award scheme.

CORE SKILLS 6 years+
These are recreational gymnastics programmes suitable for both beginners and gymnasts with some experience. The emphasis is on the development of core skills, working on balance, strength, flexibility, orientation activities and sequences. This course works towards B.G. Proficiency Awards 8-1 and on to Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
All of our coaches are fully qualified in their field and undergo enhanced DBS checks so that you know your children are safe and secure as well as receiving the best tuition and coaching available.
