The techniques taught are suitable from newborn up to 12 months and are demonstrated by our expert trainers live online – you will be able to ask questions as you go.
Suitable for pregnancy and for any parent/grandparent with babies under 1 year old.
You will be sent your Zoom access details by email before the class. You will need a computer or smartphone and online connection. Please keep your video on during the class and have a cushion or teddy handy to practice on!
