Activity Description

Join us for Neighbourhood Day at your local arts centre! Enjoy a day out this festive season with free food, creative activities, and the chance to get to know your neighbours a bit better (that includes us!)

Our Neighbourhood Days are funded by Lambeth Council’s Changing Lives Social Value Engagement Programme.

Programme:
🧚 Magic, Games and Storytelling with Fairy Sarah⎪11.15am – 12.15pm
YouTube’s Fairy Sarah will be leading an enchanting hour including dancing games, a magic show, interactive storytelling, singing, and a nursery rhyme with Makaton signing.

🎭 Camera Room with iampro Streatham⎪11am – 3pm
Design your own slates, perform short scripts and watch them back on the big screen! A fun way to experience a screen casting and a little taster of iampro Streatham’s Acting for Stage & Screen courses.

🧘 Y for Yoga with Pascale Roura⎪12.15pm – 1.15pm (Kids Yoga), 1.30pm – 2.30pm (Family Yoga)
Take part in kids and family yoga sessions exploring yoga movements, storytelling, sensory toys, words of affirmation, and musical instruments.

💫 Canto Fun with Piu Piu the Alien by Little Bean Theatre⎪12.30pm – 1.30pm
In this interactive performance, enter the astonishing world of Cantonese language through engaging bilingual nursery rhymes, sensory play, movement, and games.

😋 Free food from Zongo⎪12.30pm – 2.45pm
Enjoy free food catered by Zongo! With over 26 years of cheffing experience, Zongo’s Ghanaian goodness will be sure to fill your belly.

🪄 Magic and Games with Dandy Andy⎪1.45pm – 2.45pm
Join Dandy Andy for an explosive hour of magic, games, dancing, bubbles, and slapstick comedy – this is a laugh-a-thon you do not want to miss!
