Me & My Shadow Gymnastics Classes

Activity Description

This session is coach lead but adults will lead children round the apparatus learning basic gymnastic shapes and movements. Our Me & My Shadow class helps children learn and develop core skills such as to think, to learn and to pay attention as well as to help improve their co-ordination and balance!

Children will do a warm up, two rotations of challenging obstacles using our specialist gymnastics equipment, finishing with time to further explore their favourite activity of the day!

These sessions are perfect for those who aren’t quite ready to do a class on their own yet!

For children aged 18 months to 3yrs.
