Practicing Yoga & Pilates while pregnant is a wonderful way to carve out time in your busy week to breathe, move and connect with your growing baby. In these 75 minute classes, we use gentle movement to relieve the aches that come along with pregnancy as well as build strength in body and mind to help prepare for birth and beyond. We also work through various breathing and calming techniques to help you during labour and into motherhood. Making time for a herbal tea offers you the chance to socialise with other pregnant women, share experiences & support each other in this most precious time of your life. From 12 weeks.
