Time to focus on you while having your baby on the mat at all times. In this 75 minute class, we use yoga to revitalise and strengthen the body and mind, finding postures to release tight shoulders, neck and back muscles. We also work to stabilise our cores and pelvic floors using Pilates exercises specifically designed for postnatal recovery. Breathing techniques are interwoven into the class to help bring you a sense of calm. All followed by tea, biscuits and a chat with other new mums. We live stream each class, so if there is ever a time you cannot make it in, you can join the class online. From 8 weeks.
