If you’ve ever wondered what Colchester Castle is like at night, this is your chance to find out. Join the team for a sleepover experience like no other. Set up camp in your chosen spot and prepare for a fun-packed overnight adventure. Meet historical characters, enjoy a tour of the Castle (including spaces not normally open to the public), participate in some fun activities and feast on late-night hot chocolate before a light breakfast when you wake up.

Some of our activities may include tours using the stairs. Due to the age of our building, there are no lifts available to some areas of the castle. If you have any physical accessibility needs, please contact us on 01206 282939 so we can make suitable adjustments.

We cannot allow inflatable mattresses or camping beds of any kind (unless for medical reasons). Attendees have to bring all of their own sleeping equipment.
